scrolltocook.com (the “Site”) is operated by KOLM Michał Kołnierzak, ul. Milenijna 43/2, 03-130 Warsaw, Poland (Tax ID: PL5361929091). These terms govern your use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site

ScrollToCook is a free editorial publication about cooking. It is provided for general information and inspiration. There are no user accounts and no purchases on the Site.

3. Editorial content and food safety

Our written commentary and curation are our own. Recipes and techniques are provided for general information; you are responsible for food safety, allergens, hygiene, and your own results. We are not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice.

4. Third-party content, embeds, and trademarks

Articles embed public posts from third-party creators using Instagram's official embed widget. That content belongs to its respective owners and remains subject to the terms and policies of the platform hosting it. Instagram and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. The Site is independent and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms.

5. Intellectual property and takedowns

Our original text and design are protected by intellectual property law. If you own content that is featured here and would like an embed removed, email [email protected] and we will act promptly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorised way, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
